Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Navigate to the board you wish to manage. Make sure you are on the desired board on the top left navigation.
Click on the "Board settings" in the main navigation.
In the "Board settings" page, click on the "Billing" tab.
Click on the "Manage subscription" button.
You’ll be directed to your stripe customer portal. We use stripe to process payments on Tallyfeed. On the current subscription section, select "Cancel subscription."
Confirm cancellation.
Important: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. Your account will revert to the free plan with limited features.
Make sure to export any important data before your subscription fully expires if you intend to cease using the platform entirely.
