Setting up your base domain (Free subdomain)
Tallyfeed provides a free subdomain for your feedback board, making it quick and easy to get started.
From your main dashboard, click on "Board settings" in the left-hand navigation bar.
In the "Board settings" page, click on the "Domain" tab.
Here, you'll see options for both a "Base domain" (subdomain) and a "Custom domain."
The base domain is your default, free URL provided by Tallyfeed. It typically follows the format yourchosenname.tallyfeed.com.
In the "Base domain" section, you'll see a field that you can edit.
Enter your desired subdomain name. This name should be alphanumeric (A-Z, 0-9) and can include dashes between words.
As you type, the full subdomain URL will update.
After entering your desired subdomain, ensure you save any changes, usually by clicking an "Save" button that appears. Your public board will then be accessible at this new subdomain.
