Setting up feedback statuses
Statuses help you track the progress of feedback items, from initial submission to completion. This provides transparency for your team and users.
Navigate to your desired board.
Click on the "Board settings" in the main navigation.
Look for "Roadmap status" under the general tab.
You'll often see default statuses like "Backlog," "In Progress," and "Shipped."
Click "+ Status" to create a custom status, or click on existing statuses to edit them.
Enter the name of your new status (e.g., "Accepted," "Rejected," "Shipped").
You may have options to:
Choose a color for the status.
Determine if it should be visible from the public board.
Click "Save".
You can typically edit or delete statuses from this section.
