Exporting your board data

It's a good practice to back up your feedback data or export it for further analysis in other tools. Tallyfeed allows you to export your board's feedback.

  1. Make sure you currently have open the board from which you want to export data.

  2. Click on the "Board settings" in the main navigation.

  3. Under the General tab, look for a section titled "Export and delete" and click ‘Export board data’. 

  4. Your browser will typically prompt you to download the file immediately. You will get a CSV or JSON file after a few seconds depending on the size of the file.
