Inviting new members to your board

To add new team members into your feedback board:

  1. From your dashboard, click on "Board settings" in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. In the "Board settings" page, click on the "Members" tab. Here, you'll see two main sections: "Invitations" and "Members."

  3. To add new team members into your feedback board, click the "+ Invite" button in the "Invitations" section.

  4. A modal will appear, asking you to enter the email address of the person you wish to invite.

  5. You also have the option to set a role for the new member (e.g., "Editor," "Admin," "Viewer")

  6. After entering the details, click "Send invite."

  7. An email invitation will be sent to the recipient. Once they accept the invitation and set up their account (if they don't have one), they will be added to your board members.

  8. Any invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted will be listed under the "Invitations" section.

Board invitations are valid for a period of 24 hours. Following expiration, a board administrator may re-issue an invitation by selecting the "Resend invite" option associated with the specific invitation.
