Public board visibility

Control who can see and interact with your feedback board. You can often choose between public or internal visibility.

  1. Navigate to your desired board.

  2. Click on the "Board settings" in the main navigation.

  3. Look for "Public board visibility" under the General tab.

  4. You'll find two options:

    • Anyone: Visible to invited board members and all public board users

    • Only invited people: Visible to invited board members only.

  5. Select the desired visibility option depending on how you intend to collect feedback.
