Setting up feedback categories

Categories help you organize incoming feedback, making it easier to sort, prioritize, and understand trends.

  1. Click on the "Board settings" in the main navigation.

  2. Scroll to the "Feedback categories" section under the General tab.

  3. Click "+ Category" button

  4. Enter the name of your new category (e.g., "Bug report," "Feature request," "UI/UX suggestion," "General feedback").

  5. You will also have the option to choose the visibility for the category,Β 

    1. Anyone: This category and its feedback are visible to all invited board members and public board users.

    2. Only invited people: This category and its feedback are visible only to invited board members.

  6. Click "Save".

  7. Repeat for all the categories you wish to create.

  8. To edit or delete categories, hover on the feedback category you wish to edit/delete, an edit button and a delete button will appear on the right, click to make changes then save.
